At INoire Day Spa, we are committed to providing you with high-quality retail products to enhance your well-being. Please read our return policy carefully.

All sales of retail products are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a product once it has been purchased.

Exchange for Damaged Goods:

If you receive a damaged item, you may exchange it for the same product, provided the following conditions are met:

Notification: You must notify us of the damage within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Please present your original receipt as proof of purchase.

Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and unopened. We cannot accept exchanges for damaged items that have been used or are not in their original, unopened condition.

Upon verification of the damage and adherence to these conditions, we will gladly exchange the damaged product for a new one of the same type, subject to availability.
